Orders will be dispatched on receipt of cleared funds

Delivery by Royal Mail 1^st class recorded within 5 working days, a signature will be required

Europe Delivery charges per single item:

Accessories & outfits £6.00 / bears £9.00

Orders will be dispatched on receipt of cleared funds

Delivery by Royal Mail 1^st international signed for normally within 5 working days (times may vary subject to destination) a signature will be required

Rest of the world charges per single item:

Accessories & outfits £7.50 / bears £12.50

Orders will be dispatched on receipt of cleared funds

Returns: if you are not satisfied with your purchase. Return to us within 7 working days of receipt, in its original condition and packaging enclosing a copy of your receipt and stating the reason for the return. A refund will be made within 14 days.

Personalised outfits / accessories are non-returnable

Faulty items: if your purchase is faulty, return to us enclosing a copy of your receipt.

State the nature of the fault and your preference for a refund or replacement.

Refund / replacement will be made within 14 days.
